about us

Our trainers are positive, dynamic and committed to making training an engaging and positive experience at each and every opportunity. We do this by ensuring that we recruit the right people who hold relevant and up to date professional qualifications and are registered with their professional body.

our commitment to you and your staff is echoed in the way our trainers are recruited, inducted and supported

  • All trainers have a lengthy induction to include initial co-training, and observation.
  • Each trainer is monitored and observed on a regular basis and we hold team meetings to review current changes in practice and legislation. This ensures that each trainer delivers the learning in an interesting and engaging style that reflects the needs of the group.
  • CPD is important to us and we work hard to ensure that we keep up to date and can pass on information to you as soon as possible.
  • We have a code of conduct which all trainers commit to.
  • In addition to our lead trainers, we work with others who have particular areas of expertise, which ensures your training  and development needs are met by the right professional.
