After each training event, our trainers will gather and record information from the day that will highlight any themes or practice issues you may wish to address. These can be both positive compliments to congratulate good practice, or areas that you may wish to explore further. Our respect for confidentiality is implicit within our courses but we are clear on our responsibilities with regard to safeguarding and will raise any concerns appropriately.

We also offer training needs analysis – we can assess against sector standards, such as the fundamental standards and the Care Certificate, and offer recommendations for a blended training approach.
