working with service providers
We are able to offer a range of bespoke courses for service providers covering a wide variety of topic areas. These may range from those that help providers to meet mandatory requirements to those that help to develop best practice or enable staff to meet the needs of specific client groups.
tailoring courses to meet your needs while helping plan
- We are more than happy to discuss your requirements in advance. We can also incorporate and link your specific policies and procedures into training days to help your employees fully understand how they need to implement these in the course of their day-to-day work.
- Courses can vary in length but needs can generally be met though full or half day courses. Where appropriate we can also combine multiple topics into single sessions where trainees may require, for example, refreshers in more than one area.
- Our trainers can gather information during courses in order to provide you with feedback about current knowledge and practice levels, new learning demonstrated by staff during training and thus inform future planning for your organisation.
supporting you to meet expected fundamental standards
- As set out in CQC's Fundamental Standards guidance document, section 18(2)(a): “Staff should be supported to make sure they are can participate in: Statutory training, other mandatory training, as defined by the provider for their role, any additional training identified as necessary to carry out regulated activities as part of their job duties and, in particular, to maintain necessary skills to meet the needs of the people they care for and support.”
Please feel free to call us to discuss your needs, or use our contact page, and we will try to work with you to deliver individual solutions to the challenges you face.
